SmartCentre software is able to provide the user with a system that stores their personal details and programmes on a card. This means the user has a custom-designed workout where they will be able to check progress via customisable graphs or tables and adjust workouts accordingly.
SmartCentre will store information such as time, distance, calories, average speed, maximum speed, average level, maximum heart rate, average heart rate, goals, watts, weight and date of workout.
In addition the Pulse Personal Trainer software offers a unique range of intelligent workout management tools. Easy to programme, this software creates a sophisticated workout programme by responding to information provided. It will enable users to generate custom exercise profiles and even select and run classic tracks such as the London Marathon.
Commenting on the launch of the new software, Chris Johnson, Managing Director of Pulse, said “The real benefits to the gym owners of employing a software system such as the Smart Card is that by encouraging and motivating members, frequency of usage will improve and it will make a major contribution to overall membership retention.”
