Pulse has recently been awarded a £70,000 equipment contract with Core Fitness at Hamilton Academical Football Club to supply the gym with the very latest in cardio and strength training equipment.

 

The contract was won because of the number of pieces of equipment that Pulse has accredited to stage 2 IFI standard - 15 pieces of equipment, the most of any of the main equipment manufacturers.

 

Darren Cross, the gym manager of Core Fitness at Hamilton Academical FC said, “Our gym is very well used by the players for rehabilitation work after injury and so it is important that the equipment we use is accredited by the IFI. Many of the players also use the gym for general fitness levels so we were looking for equipment that offered state of the art capabilities as well as ensuring that our injured players and sports therapy clients could use it for rehab.”

 

The gym is also used by over 500 members from the local community and the new Pulse equipment will be a great addition to the fitness facility.

 

Pulse is delighted to be associated with a prestigious football club in Scotland. Colin Davies, the area sales manager for Scotland said, “Working with the team at Hamilton Academical FC demonstrates that Pulse equipment is suitable for use by professional athletes as well as by the general public. As part of the agreement Pulse have been given advertising space around the ground which will give the company more publicity.”
