Pulse Fitness, the UK’s leading provider of total fitness solutions, has just announced that it has won the contract to supply the National Aquatic Centre in Dublin with an extensive range of new fitness equipment.
The contract, valued at 240,000 Euros, will see Pulse provide a full range of cardio and strength equipment that incorporates the very latest technology in the Pulse Smart Centre. The deal also includes group cycles, freeweights and Activio system.
Commenting on the awarding of the contract to Pulse, Teifion Williams, General Manager for the NAC said, “We were looking for a partner who could demonstrate innovation solutions for our fitness suite and also meet our requirements for the equipment to be inclusive for customers of all abilities. With its Smart Centre solution Pulse demonstrated that it was able to offer us an innovative approach to membership interaction and with more pieces of equipment IFI stage 2 accredited than any other equipment provider they were a natural choice for us.”
The National Aquatic Centre houses Ireland’s premier Olympic standard swimming pool and is the top competiton venue in the country. The Centre has attained the prestigious ILAM White Flag Award for Spa and Leisure in both 2007 and 2008 – the only 50m site in Ireland to have achieved this accolade.
