Scottish Borders Sport and Leisure Trust have purchased Dance Mats and Active Wall and Floor from Pulse the leading interactive fitness company in a bid to encourage children to use their leisure facilities and lead a healthier lifestyle.
Teviotdale Leisure Centre, which is the first site in Scotland to install the total interactive solution from Pulse, is offering youngsters both a pay per play scheme and monthly gym memberships in their new £56,000 interactive zone.
“The total interactive solution from Pulse is so unique and exciting; already the demand for the interactive zone has been fantastic from both staff and children!” comments Stuart Holmes from Scottish Borders Sport and Leisure Trust “What I think is great about the products is their ability to cater for such a diverse age and ability range, it is great to see new people coming to the leisure centre and new partnerships with schools, clubs etc developing.”
Colin Davis, Sales Manager from Pulse says “Dance Machine from Pulse is a great attention grabbing product for children aged 8 – 15 years, whilst Pulse are unique in providing interactive wall and floor solutions that have a mass appeal, catering from children as young as two up to adults. I am delighted Scottish Borders Sport and Leisure Trust have expanded their membership and got additional revenue from these products, and we will continue to support the site for the duration of the partnership”
